According to definition, Event Planners are supposed to coordinate all aspects of Professional meetings and Events.

However, I would like to know
which true blooded planner stops
there! You will be surprised to find
out that we do much more than that.
We are counselors, Mr fixit, and in
some cases the ADC but to mention just a few.

We take on a lot emotionally too. Do you know that our job is one of the top most stressful professional jobs? But we all love it; we are driven! So it feels right!

Healthy Me

In order to enjoy this hard-earned money, we have to be healthy! Most of us forget to eat, therefore we eat on the go and finally when we do, we tend to binge to make up for the lost food. We pop various pills to stay strong or overdose on coffee, red bull and other stimulants. This is so wrong!

In order to give our clients the best we have to be at our best (physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally). You are wondering how when you do not have enough hours in the day. Here are a few tips;


1.      Love/pamper yourself

2.      Shut those eyes (sleep)

3.      Stay hydrated – water can be your best friend

4.      Eat meals instead of snacking

5.      If you can’t eat your fruits and vegetables, drink them (smoothies)

6.      Move that body around (30 minutes daily)

7.      Be spiritual (have a high being you submit to)
